Job Description: Pay Range: $21hr - $23hr
- Providing analysis of data.
- Create and maintain data dictionaries.
- Run and maintain data pipeline processes.
- Map existing databases and perform routine database maintenance as specifically directed.
- Provide various aspects of general computer support.
- Provide training and support for Department of Health staff, providers and consumers.
- Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individuals able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment.
- The successful candidate should be willing and able to multitask and move from assignment to assignment as deadlines and priorities change.
- Knowledge of complex databases and how to learn new processes quickly and efficiently is a must.
- Must have good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external consumers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Two-year minimum experience working in a professional IT based setting.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Share point and Access).
- The ability to enter data into, and extract data from, electronic databases.
- The ability to work independently and on a team with different personalities.
- The ability to handle multiple, shifting priorities.
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external entities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Microsoft Office products.
- Experience creating and maintaining databases and mapping existing databases.
- Experience in SQL, Python, R or Tableau.
