Position: Kids Club AttendantLocation: Walnut Creek Country ClubHours: Evening, Wednesday - Friday 5pm - 10pm (Some shifts weekends and holidays) Job Description: Walnut Creek Country Club is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kids Club Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and engaging with 5-10 children in our Kids Club during evening hours. This role requires a passion for working with children and ensuring their safety and enjoyment. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and interact with children aged 2-12 in a safe and engaging environment.
- Facilitate age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts.
- Maintain a clean and organized Kids Club area.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the Kids Club.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their children's activities and behavior.
- Assist with front desk concierge duties as needed, including greeting members, answering phones, and providing information about club services.
- Adhere to all club policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a similar setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
