Premium dining includes suites and clubs offering in-seat service.Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with trainingInvestigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodationsManage labor and profit lossEnsure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shiftAssist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessaryExperience working in a restaurant requiredMinimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferredMust be able to implement rules and direct employeesA true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environmentNo college degree requiredConstant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motionsAbility to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionallyMay be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
