Overview The Concession Warehouse attendant will work under the direction of the Concession Manager and Director of Concessions to ensure that our concession locations are properly stocked and cleaned. This role will pay an hourly wate of $16.00. - Responsible for cleaning, stocking and restocking of concession locations
- Ensure that all concession locations are adequately stocked throughout the event
- Maintain cleaniness and organization of concession warehouse area
- Trash and cardboard removal throughout the event, including at close
- Assist with closing down in all concession locations after event completion
- Ensures that all work areas and equipment are clean, food products are properly stored, utensils are clean and put away and floor is swept and mopped at the end of shift.
- Coordinate with direct supervisor and/or management to ensure the concession areas meet cleanliness standards
- Helping concession stands and bars with service during high volume times
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event drive environment
- Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of up to 25 lbs
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team
- Capable of working a flexible schedule and extended hours, including but not limited to working early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays. Schedule is event based and must be available for 90% of scheduled events, as well as some mandatory shifts.
- Must be able to work in a loud noise environment at times
- Must be over 18 years old by date of hire
- Proven ability to work well with all levels of management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
