Dealer Concierge Technolog Specialist, Navigator General purpose The Dealer Concierge Specialist Navigator provides best-in-class organizational support and knowledge, working directly with MillerKnoll distribution partners to resolve technical problems. As a trusted dealer advisor, this role brings critical expertise in key business areas. They will help guide teammates on leading support, knowledge, and technology to uphold exceptional Concierge team service. Furthermore, you are responsible for technical support and analysis, communication, and assisting in the ongoing development of the MillerKnoll portfolio of digital tools for dealers. Profiles and maintains detailed knowledge of how dealers use technology to drive their business operations. Collaborate with dealers on implementing digital solutions, communicating updates, and recommending technology best practices. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS + Exemplify a premium MillerKnoll brand experience through daily dealer-as-customer correspondence, creative problem-solving, and issue resolution. + Provide deep subject matter expertise in complex MillerKnoll business areas including digital technology and tools, lifestyle products, workplace products, and organizational operations and processes. + Leverage deep knowledge to engage in consultative positioning to influence dealer decision-making and drive profitable solutions for MillerKnoll and our dealer partners. + Take ownership to resolve dealer support inquiries, executing independent judgment, research, and networking to resolve elevated inquiries in a complex environment. + Agility to frequently work across internal departments to present challenges and collaboratively solve improving efficiency, processes, and tools. + Participate in cross-functional teams and projects as necessary, coaching the project team on dealer behavior and needs. + Represents the voice of the dealer to IT and the greater MillerKnoll organization. + Build deep knowledge of dealer technology usage and how various third-party applications interact with MillerKnoll technology and be able to resolve issues across this complex environment. + Create and maintain internal technical reference materials for the Atlas Digital Suite. + Form close partnerships with Dealer IT and user leads, detailing their use of all digital tools, creating technology profiles for each, and making recommendations, as necessary. + Maintain database of users and security roles, assigning access rights as appropriate to dealer extranet and tools. + Participate in shared coverage of incoming dealer tech support including phone, email, and live chat. + Applies critical thinking skills and executes solutions to problems independently. + Develops and maintains IT processes. + + Identify and create new knowledge materials for internal teams and dealers to leverage and learn from. Take the lead on complex topics within areas of deeper expertise. + Proficient in leveraging technology platforms to perform daily functions. + Conducts project and order activities, and processes, and provides service information as an experienced and expert consultant to various customer segments. + Maintains accurate records of daily communications, ongoing issues, and resolutions taken. Responsible for generating and maintaining proper documentation while complying with work instructions and departmental standards and proposes ideas for improvements to work-flow processes. + Coaches, trains, and mentors new and existing team members both formally and informally. + Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE + Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related academic discipline preferred. + Minimum 5 years of related professional experience. MillerKnoll brand experience preferred. + Familiarity working in Salesforce preferred but not required. SKILLS & ABILITIES + Strong knowledge or ability to develop knowledge of MillerKnoll products, services, policies, processes, procedures, and technology. + Excellent interaction skills: professional communication, listening, empathy, and conflict resolution. + Proven interpersonal skills in dealing with individual contacts from various levels and locations (both internal and external) and able to present a positive image both within the corporation and to the public. + Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing alternative solutions to a request or problem. + Demonstrated ability to effectively use and train on office automation technology and tools. + Demonstrated ability to lead and/or participate in continuous improvement teams/projects and pilot new technology, practices, or business enhancements. + Strong demonstration of organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. + Ability to informally or formally train or mentor others. + Pro-active, solution-oriented, resourceful, and strives for excellence. + Comfortable working in both a collaborative team environment and independently. + Previous experience with 3D CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or CET Designer preferred. + Ability to work support flexible working hours if needed.
