Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES:Accepting deliveries and holding packages for pick-up.Taking elevator reservations for your move in, move out or furniture/appliance deliveries.Taking reservations for your exclusive Rooftop Terrace function.Placing courtesy telephone calls when packages arrive.Holding doors when applicable to assist residents with groceries, strollers, etc.Notifying residents of guests' arrival. (Note: This step may be bypassed if owner/residents let their guest in.)Greeting residents and guests according to company standardsMaintaining ownership of the process of resolving resident and guest complaintsInteract with all residents, showing genuine appreciationPromptly answer, record, and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concernsAssist in the scheduling of move-ins and move-outsScheduling and facilitating deliveries and residents' moves.Monitoring surveillance camerasMonitoring Lobby Walking the premises to ensure that the highest standards are being maintainedFacilitating realtor and potential buyer visitsFollow all company policies and procedures, including (The William Oliver) grooming standardsMaintain confidentiality of proprietary information and resident identificationEnforcing safety proceduresLogging and announcing visitorsComply with quality assurance expectations and standardsQUALIFICATIONS:1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in concierge fieldPleasant, positive and professional demeanor, no visible tattoosExperience working with demanding clienteleExcellent communication skills- both oral and writtenStrong Multi-tasking skills a mustStrong ability to assess a situation, show good judgment and resolve conflictsAttentive to details with excellent follow-through skillsA people pleaser at heartDisplay a desire to exceed expectations with every interactionFlexible and organizedAble to work under pressureDependable and detail-orientedBasic knowledge and experience with Microsoft office products and the internetMust be able to stand/sit for long periods of timeProactive and productiveStrong customer service skillsInitiates innovative ways to bring value to the communityOutstanding interpersonal skillsMust be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, consistent with the needs of the propertyA strong desire to succeed and advance References and background check required.
