The Concierge will provide welcome services and support to all guests (not just visitors) on their assigned floors, delivering seamless services to all guests and ensuring the space is always in optimal condition.

As a Concierge in the Customer Service department, you will be the face of hospitality, providing exemplary service and assistance to customers or guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for individuals seeking information, assistance, or support. From greeting guests to fulfilling requests, your role will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Concierge Duties:

  • Greet customers or guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment of arrival with a professional, positive energy.
  • Provide information, directions, and assistance to customers regarding various services, amenities, or attractions within the facility or community.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, or messages professionally and efficiently, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual, including calls from 1-800 lines.
  • Conduct regular floor walks.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information or guest requests.
  • Maintain/Control visitor access database with building security.
  • Calendar & Scheduling:

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Maintain clear communication regarding scheduling conflicts and propose alternative arrangements.
  • Proactively anticipate scheduling needs and offer solutions.
  • Travel Coordination:

  • Research and book flights, hotels, and car rentals for business travel, ensuring best rates and travel arrangements.
  • Manage travel logistics, including airport transfers and activity bookings.
  • Event Planning:

  • Organize and manage corporate events, from small meetings to large conferences.
  • Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and venues to ensure flawless execution.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for all events.
  • Conference Room Management:

  • Maintain an accurate conference room booking system.
  • Manage catering needs for meetings and conferences.
  • Prepare conference rooms according to meeting requests, which may include arranging furniture, setting up audio/visual equipment, ensuring room is clean, providing and replenishing supplies or refreshments as needed, and resetting spaces after events.
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required. Must have high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working as a concierge, front desk representative, or in a similar guest services role.
  • Physical Requirements:

  • Required to stand, walk, simple grasp, reach with hands and arms.
  • Repetitive motion is required; may require twisting/bending/climbing.
  • May lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
  • Prior Helpful Experience May Include:

  • Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
  • Additional language proficiency, particularly in languages commonly spoken by customers or guests.
  • Pay Disclosure:

    The pay range for this position is $27/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
