Job Description:
Meet and greet residents and answer questions in person or via telephone. Provide customer services to residents, guest and customers. Monitor access to the building, enforce community rules and regulations, and report suspicious behavior. Ensure that the highest level of customer care and service are always maintained Effectively address complaints. Update resident accounts via operating system and enter work orders. Ensure cleanliness of the building and amenities Assist the Building Manager with duties as needed Investigate and respond to concerns and complaints from residents in a timely manner; this includes reporting any complaints to the Building Manager General administrative duties including filing and typing Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. First Aid/ CPR certification or willingness to obtain. Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is preferred.
