As our Concierge Manager, you will surpass our guest s aspirations, making their experience special right from the start and ensuring all guests feel welcome. By demonstrating an inherent understanding of guest needs, you will gracefully deliver excellent standards in service and hospitality within the Village.

What you will be doing

• Living the Value Retail Vision for world class Hospitality and Service, welcoming guests to the Village and anticipating guests needs in an effortless manner.
• Leading the Concierge team, coordinating their daily activities and supporting their growth and development as Hospitality professionals
• Offering unique solutions to obstacles in a prompt and reassuring manner
• Building relationships with the Village s Brand partners and driving footfall, by taking the time to understand each brands product, history and values
• Engaging and supporting Hospitality initiatives in the Village to surprise and delight our guests.
• Informing guests of brand promotions, unique activations and the Village s added services, such as valet parking and baggage drop
• Collaborating with the Village s external partners, including contacts in travel, marketing and public relations

• A proven track record of exemplary success in Hospitality, Premium Customer/Guest Services or Tourism
• Sound understanding of the luxury environment standards of presentation
• A high level of cultural sensitivity to guests from various international backgrounds and cultures
• Excellent interpersonal skills, engaging with both guests and colleagues with impact and influence
• Fluency in English; any additional languages would be beneficial
• Strong situational awareness and the ability to identify guest needs
