Role Description

This part-time on-site role is located in Houston, TX. As a Concierge Manager at Agora Haus, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and experiences to our esteemed members. You will oversee the daily operations of the Concierge desk, ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, and act as the main point of contact for member inquiries and requests. Your role will involve coordinating member events and programming, and maintaining strong relationships with external vendors and partners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
• A passion for providing outstanding customer experiences
• Knowledge of Houston and its surrounding areas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation management systems
• Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple projects
• Familiar with Booking on Airbnb, VRBO and Charter Service websites
• Fluent in Spanish ideal but not required
