OverviewGallagher Bassett's GBCARE division is looking for a nurse to join its new Clinical Concierge group. CC is an innovative and exciting early intervention offering to improve claim outcomes through proactiveprocess from day 1. Results from our pilot programs are showing tremendous value in terms of claim cost reduction and claimant satisfaction. We are now embarking on this journey to scale this product and offer it to all our clients.The ideal candidate will be English/Spanish Bilingual.
This is an opportunity to join a growing team where you can expect to learn and contribute in a number of different ways.The role would be based in a high velocity process-based setup where the nurse would be expected to handle up to 5-7 new cases a day. The position entails getting trained in and be effective in using a modern technology platform for case management, workflow and communication.There will also be career growth opportunities as the team expands.
