Job Title: Concierge Patient Services RepresentativeJob Description
- Greet patients as they enter and leave the facility. - Assist with daily reception activities and ensure that all processes needed for patient services are initiated. - Communicate effectively with team members and patients regarding all aspects of service. - Responsible for telephone and mail contact with patients. - Schedule appointments, collect fees, and explain services and charges for patient services. - Distribute materials to patients, including patient satisfaction cards, patient rights, and other appropriate materials. - Handle all insurance matters and set fees based on the sliding scale fee.
Hard Skills

+ 1 year front desk or CSR healthcare experience (preferred)
+ Bilingual Spanish (a plus)

Our Client is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in Suffolk, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia, and Westchester County. 35-hour work week: - Candidates will have an 8-hour workday with 1 hour of lunch. One late night per week and one Saturday per month (if the site is open on Saturdays) are required. Site Hours: Monday: 8am - 7pm Tuesday: 8am - 8pm Wednesday: 8am - 5pm Thursday: 8am - 7pm Friday: 8am - 5pm Saturday: Closed Sunday: Closed
