Job DescriptionOur client, a concierge primary care and weight management practice, is hiring a Concierge Primary Care Physician to join their team. - Provide comprehensive, personalized care to adult patients aged 28-58 in a 100% outpatient setting.
- Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and overall wellness to help patients achieve optimal health.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Actively participate in growing the practice through patient engagement and community outreach.
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Experience in private practice, preventive care, integrative medicine, or weight management is a plus.
- A personable, patient-focused approach with a strong desire to build long-lasting relationships.
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others achieve their health goals.
