From five-star restaurants and boutique shopping to fitness centers, spas, and year-round events, The Village Dallas embodies resort-style living in the heart of the city - where lifestyle meets convenience.Position Overview: As a Concierge at The Village Dallas, your primary role is to deliver a personalized, high-touch experience for residents, guests, and visitors, embodying the elegance and convenience of resort-style living. You will act as a liaison between the property's services and the needs of its clientele, facilitating everything from dining reservations and event bookings to transportation arrangements and lifestyle services. Your in-depth knowledge of the property's amenities, events, and the local Dallas area will ensure a seamless, elevated experience for all.Key Responsibilities:1. Resident & Guest Experience:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents, hotel guests, and visitors, providing a warm, welcoming, and professional experience from first interaction to final farewell.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with any immediate needs, including parking arrangements, luggage assistance, and property navigation.
  • Anticipate resident and guest needs by understanding preferences, proactively offering services, and providing personalized recommendations.
2. Reservations & Bookings:
  • Coordinate reservations for The Village's wide array of amenities, including restaurants, beauty salon services, gym sessions, spa treatments, poolside cabanas, and private event spaces.
  • Facilitate external services such as transportation, dry cleaning, pet services, and private dining, ensuring that all bookings meet the highest standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all resident and guest requests, ensuring timely follow-up and attention to detail.
3. Event Coordination & Promotions:
  • Assist in planning, promoting, and executing The Village's on-property events, including seasonal pool parties, fitness challenges, wine tastings, and community socials.
  • Provide residents and guests with timely information about upcoming events, promotions, and activities across the property.
  • Assist with securing VIP access or special accommodations for residents and guests during events, ensuring an enhanced experience.
4. Local Expertise & Recommendations:
  • Serve as a local expert for residents and guests, offering personalized recommendations on dining, shopping, entertainment, and cultural experiences in the Dallas area.
  • Build relationships with local vendors and service providers to offer unique experiences, special discounts, or exclusive access to residents and guests.
5. Guest & Resident Relations:
  • Handle all inquiries, complaints, or concerns with professionalism and care. Work to resolve issues promptly, escalating to the Guest Services Manager when necessary.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with residents, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations on each interaction.
6. Communication & Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with other departments (restaurants, hotel, fitness, spa, etc.) to ensure that resident and guest needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the property management team, keeping them informed of any concerns, suggestions, or notable experiences that may require attention.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, offering exceptional customer service and immediate assistance.
7. Property & Service Knowledge:
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all services, amenities, and events available at The Village Dallas, as well as the surrounding community.
  • Stay up to date with seasonal changes, property renovations, new restaurant openings, and any other developments to provide current and relevant information to guests and residents.
  • Conduct regular property tours for prospective residents, VIP guests, and visitors, highlighting key features of the community.
8. Administrative Support:
  • Maintain concierge records, ensuring that all resident and guest preferences, services rendered, and follow-up actions are accurately logged and updated.
  • Assist in compiling reports on resident satisfaction, service usage, and event attendance to continually improve the concierge offering.
  • Ensure the concierge desk and common areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or guest services, preferably in a high-end residential or hotel setting.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer service skills with a focus on personalized, detail-oriented service. Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in fast-paced environments.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Dallas, its cultural and entertainment scene, and luxury service providers. A solid understanding of the needs and expectations of a high-end clientele.
  • Technology: Proficient in concierge and property management software systems. Comfortable using email, online booking platforms, and other digital communication tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams across departments while maintaining a guest-centric approach.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the needs of the community.
Working Conditions:
  • Indoor environment with occasional outdoor responsibilities during events or for assisting with transportation services.
  • Standing, walking, and interacting with guests for extended periods.
Hours of Work:
  • Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week. Shifts will vary based on community needs, with availability required for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical shifts range from 8-hour shifts between 7 AM and 11 PM but may extend during special events or peak times.
