**Insp?r Senior Living, Maplewood Senior Livings new brand of world-class, urban senior living properties, is now hiring Servers for its new Insp?r Carnegie Hill property. Insp?r Carnegie Hill is located on the Upper East Side and stands 23 stories with 215 residential units. It offers assisted living, enhanced care, and memory care with a unique and innovative Integrated Care Model. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new development and care delivery model, the first of its kind in New York City!**

The Concierge provides a polished, positive first impression to our guests and oversees all aspects of the Leasing Gallery operation in order to ensure maximum exposure and pre-opening occupancy commitments of Insp?r | Carnegie Hill. The Concierge is responsible for people experience, customer service efforts, and administrative support of our Sales Team.

**Additional responsibilities include:**

* Answer and screen all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner

* Perform administrative and hospitality duties, as needed.

* Respond to sales inquiries and questions from prospective residents and families.

* Assist the sales department by performing tasks in support of special events and tours.

* Anticipate and address prospects' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation

* Gather, summarize, and provide information to prospects about Insp?r Carnegie Hill and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.

**Education/Experience/Certification:**

* Bachelors degree in marketing, human services, hospitality, or communications preferred

* 1-3 years providing exceptional customer service with a proven track record

* Concierge experience preferred

* Familiarity working in the New York City market

* Experience with or interest in working with seniors, including those with memory care needs

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to multitask

* Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and clerical/administrative duties

* Must possess a high degree of interpersonal relation skills and capability of relating to a diverse group of people and personalities which requires considerable initiative and judgment

**All candidates will be required to show valid proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 before commencing work or commit to obtaining full vaccination within 30 days of commencing work, unless they receive an approved exemption from Maplewood. Maplewood will require unvaccinated candidates to obtain their first dose prior to commencing work and then obtaining a second dose with in thirty days after the first dose. Those who do not obtain full vaccination within that time frame, without an approved exemption, will be terminated.**
