Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and certified Concrete Cast-in-Place & Precast Inspector to join our team for an exciting project in Willets Point, Queens, NY. This role requires an experienced inspector to provide on-site inspection services for the installation of concrete foundations and slabs on grade.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site inspections of concrete cast-in-place and precast structures, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Monitor and document the installation of concrete foundations and slabs on grade.
- Identify any non-conformance issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure quality control and adherence to industry best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of inspection findings.

Qualifications:
- ACI Certification as a Concrete Construction Special Inspector (ACI-CCSI) or ICC Certification as a Concrete Special Inspector (ICC-CSI) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in concrete inspection, with a focus on cast-in-place and precast structures.
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues before they become problems.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well with construction teams on-site.
