This role is crucial for executing a variety of concrete-related tasks including flat work, foundation footings, and walls, essential for the setup and installation of modular homes. Ideal candidates will have comprehensive experience in residential construction and be adept at operating relevant equipment. Who we are: We are a homebuilder that specializes in system-built homes. We offer customers a 'one stop builder' service - we help the customer with everythingdesigndirt work - concrete - utilitiesto getting the home move-in ready. We take the hassle out of the home buying process by providing more service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform site preparation for new home construction, precise flat work, foundation footings, and wall installations.
- Operate construction equipment and machinery related to concrete and site preparation.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Manage materials and equipment required for daily tasks.
- Adapt to varying outdoor weather conditions and physically demanding tasks.
- Operating, inspecting, and maintaining equipment safely onsite, skid steer, excavator, and other equipment onsite.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Must possess a valid South Dakota Driver's License; Class A CDL preferred but not required.
- Capable of performing manual labor, including lifting at least 75 lbs.
- Experience with various aspects of residential construction, particularly in concrete, foundation, and site work.
- Strong ability to work cooperatively in a team and maintain professional conduct.
- Resilient and able to work efficiently in outdoor weather conditions.
- Ability to be flexible and travel to work locations.
Benefits:
- Wages - Competitive Pay - With Overtime Hours there is potential to make $50,000 - $75,000 per year!

- Paid Time Off - one week after six months - thereafter-3.05 hours per two week pay period. We allow employees to carry over two weeks of vacation at year-end.

Schedule:
- Our crews are working 40 to 65 hours per week during prime season.
- This is a year-round position. We strive for 40 hours during the winter.
Work Location:
- Many of our jobs are within 90 miles of Fort Pierre.
- We provide transportation from River Bluff Custom Homes to and from the job site.
- Overnight travel is sometimes required. When we go out of town, we work longer days and generally, our crew will leave on a Monday and return on a Friday.
- River Bluff pays from the time we leave office to the site.
- We provide lodging and pay an extra per diem person per day for overnight travel. We furnish a vehicle.
- Our market area is South Dakota, northern Nebraska, southern North Dakota and western Wyoming. Our primary market area is central South Dakota.
