Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Concur Expense Report Processor to support our client's finance operations. This role will begin as an on-site position at Denver, CO 80237, to ensure proper onboarding, training, and performance assessment. Upon successful demonstration of competence and delivery, the role may transition to a hybrid schedule with 1-2 remote workdays per week.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Concur T&E (Travel & Expense) systems and the ability to review and process expense reports in accordance with company travel policies. This position requires precision, confidentiality, and a strong understanding of expense compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expense Processing: Review and process employee expense reports submitted through Concur, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company travel policy.
  • Audit & Compliance: Identify and flag discrepancies or policy violations for further review.
  • Employee Support: Collaborate with employees and management to resolve any issues with expense report submissions.
  • Documentation: Verify that all required receipts and supporting documents are included before approving reports.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all processed expense reports to support auditing and compliance efforts.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond to employee inquiries regarding the Concur system and expense report status.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Perform additional administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience: Prior hands-on experience with Concur T&E (Travel & Expense) system is mandatory.
  • Policy Compliance: Ability to review and process expense reports according to the company's travel and expense policy.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to identify and correct inconsistencies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with employees and management on report issues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on-site initially, with the potential for a hybrid work schedule based on performance.
