Position Summary:In the position of Concur Processor, you will review submitted employee expense reports in various countries, primarily United States and Latin America, for and other support activities.Essential Job Functions:
- Validate expense reports in accordance with company policy.
- Identify issues and process improvements for management review.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Accounting, Business, or related field of study
- Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable
- Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP & Concur (Expense Reporting)
- Computer Skills Desired: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and 10 Key by Touch
- Preferred Certifications: N/A
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Fluent in written/spoken English and Spanish preferred
- Bilingual Spanish Required
- Required to work onsite in Corona, CA offices 3x per week
