The Condo Analyst key responsibilities include ensuring project compliance and approval for Condominiums as well as Planned Urban Development (PUD) projects. Additional responsibilities including becoming proficient in performing functions necessary to ensure Condo/PUD Project warranty and approval as required by investors; including the review of prospective plans and referenced materials. important.This position is based on-site in our NVR mortgage offices.Primary ResponsibilitiesAct as liaison between developers, management companies, investors (including FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), and the Homebuilder; to ensure project compliance and approvals.Work closely with and establish policies and procedures for NVRM's Branch and Operations Managers and with the Homebuilder's Division and Administrative Managers on new programs, procedures and further opportunities involving Condo processes.Maintain all appropriate contacts and guidelines within area of responsibility, in order to be in the best position to offer appropriate and expeditious service and insight to Homebuilder.Consult with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the ability for loans to close with NVRM that are within compliance.Prepare, analyze, monitor and maintain condo closing reports to ensure that the appropriate condo approvals are in place for scheduled closings (via Encompass and Microsoft Excel).Support Product Development through performance of administrative functions including maintaining matrices, product outlines, and guidelines, completion of Investor/Housing new applications and recertification questionnaires, creation of new user credentials, escrow waiver approval, and any other function deemed essential.QualificationsBachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience1+ years of experience in the mortgage industryPrior use of Encompass Loan Origination System within the last 3 years is preferredKnowledge of mortgage lending programs including Condominiums and/or PUD's is preferredExperience and familiarity in working with Fannie Mae and/or Freddie Mac investor guidelinesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)Work independently and in a cooperative team environment.Life at NVRAt NVR, your desire to excel is matched by our commitment to your success and we'll give you the tools and industry knowledge you need.
