POSITION SUMMARY:

To provide a neat and sanitized guest room, enabling the hotel to operate smoothly and without guest complaints. The condo attendant ensures that assigned condos meet guests' expectations for amenities and cleanliness. The condo attendant prepares rooms for guests' stay and ensures all proper arrangements are made before their stay.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Strip and make beds for luxurious stays.

* Clean bathroom and mirrors, set-up bathroom.

* Dust all furniture, pictures, and lamps; replace lightbulbs.

* Vacuum and edge carpet, clean baseboards.

* Vacuum, Sweep, empty trash cans, dust shelves, clean windows, and mop floors in all condos assigned.

* Clean deck and deck furniture and make sure it is up to guest expectation.

* Clean kitchen (dishes, cupboards, and appliances) for guests stays.

* High dust vents, light fixtures, and inside windows.

* Sweep entranceways of all debris and dust.

* Other Job duties assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Maintain current knowledge of the housekeeping duties.

* Self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision.

* Customer-service oriented

* Excellent communication skills

* Must possess a positive attitude & great personality.

* Must be able to speak English.

* Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends.

These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of training, as well as through a minimum of one year of experience in a similar capacity. Two years' experience in a similar field preferred.
