Rhino has already saved billions of dollars for renters and is trusted in over 3 million homes nationwide. As a Configuration Analyst, you will work cross-functionally to support Rhino's property owner and management partners. Reporting to Senior Manager, Revenue Projects. In this role you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day data administration and operations around Rhino's integrations, ranging from:
    • Performing regular audits of integration data and system syncs to maintain integration performance
    • Documenting best practices for integration configuration, for both internal teams and external partners
    • Identifying system and process improvements as needed to help scale Rhino's newest leasing integration for property owner and management companies
  • Fully own the end-to-end implementation pipeline for partner integrations, from gathering requirements to post-launch monitoring
  • Collaborate with the Engineering, Product, Revenue, and Support teams to provide updates, create resources, and help troubleshoot partner integrations
  • Develop a deep understanding of Rhino partners' property management processes (e.g. leasing, accounting) and contribute to the company's broader roadmap around property management system integration features
In terms of qualifications, we're ideally seeking:
  • 1-2 years experience in client-facing work in a data services, implementation, or similar role
  • Previous project and relationship management experience, such as: coordinating and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors; driving cross-functional initiatives with flexibility and a commitment to quality
  • Expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, as well as proficiency in CRMs like Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences, while building strong relationships across cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and property management systems (e.g. Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, RentManager, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SQL and comfort building basic queries and modifying more complex ones (or an interest in learning!)
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary Range: $62,000 - $72,000 Rhino has partnered with a number of compensation benchmarking tools to determine competitive and fair market pay bands for our size and stage. Our goal is to ensure each employee is paid equitably and competitively while also maintaining a consistent and standardized methodology. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role, experience level and balancing internal equity relative to other Rhinos.
