IT Support Technician (Configuration) – Mobile Device Refresh
Brooksource is seeking personable and motivated IT professionals to assist with a mobile device refresh project for one of our clients. This is a four-month contract role, with potential for long-term extension based on team fit and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with mobile device refresh initiatives, including issuing new devices, transferring data, and performing upgrades (iPhones 10 to 13).
- Provide support for hardware-related tasks tied to the clients's return-to-office plan.
- Interact with team members and end-users, ensuring smooth transitions during the device refresh process.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines; training will be provided if needed.
- Collaborate with the IT team to address additional hardware needs and challenges across various locations.
Qualifications:
- Previous IT support experience, particularly with Apple iOS devices, is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and end-users.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to be trained on SOPs for mobile device management.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to contributing to a positive work environment.
