Job Type Full-timeDescriptionBollinger Motors is seeking a Connected Vehicle Solutions Sales Manager to lead our efforts in selling and managing advanced connectivity solutions for our clients. This position will oversee the strategy, sale, and deployment of connected vehicle technologies. This position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer. This is an in-person role at the company's Oak Park, MI headquarters. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for connected vehicle solutions that align with company goals and market trends.
- Sell and market connected vehicle solutions to fleet and dealership accounts, being the point person for anything related to Telematics, infotainment systems, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
- Track the lifecycle of connected vehicle projects from conception through deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Oversee integration and launch of connected vehicle technologies, including telematics, infotainment systems, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Understand and address customer needs, providing support to enhance satisfaction and drive adoption.
- Ensure solutions meet customer needs and bring handle any customer complaints and requests by working closely with Controls Engineers.
- Work with dealerships closely and build relationships with customers to ensure quality customer service.
RequirementsEducation, Skills and Knowledge

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in selling connected in-vehicle technologies, automotive systems, or related fields.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and standards, such as telematics, and cybersecurity
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable with travel throughout the United States and Canada.
