BJG Electronics is the premier domestic, and international supplier of electronic interconnect products to all major military and aerospace manufacturers. BJG Electronics is looking for a Circular Connector Assembler. This person is responsible for identifying electronic components needed to build a connector component, read assembly operations, and assemble value added products in accordance with assembly instructions and specific direction from online supervision. Responsibilities:
- Assemble Mil-Spec and Commercial Products
- Cleaning/Prime Products
- Apply Adhesive / Sealant to Products
- Mark Products
- Packaging Products
- Other Tasks as Assigned
- Understand the objectives and quality policy of BJG and how their position supports them
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in an electronic distribution center warehouse or equivalent
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office, UPS World Ship, FedEx Ship Manager
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform specified tasks
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize work load
- Ability to count accurately and verify others work
- Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment (50lbs) some of which may be heavy or awkward
