Responsibilities- Assist with the onboarding of new employees.
- Support payroll and timekeeping processes for new employees.
- Manage travel expenses and related documentation for employees.
- Handle daily and weekly attendance reporting.
- Prepare reports for site management or the home office.
- Collaborate with site managers on documentation and incident reporting.
- Provide updates and complete administrative tasks for the home office.
- Be a team player and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed on time and with a positive attitude.

Work EnvironmentThe Construction Administrator Assistant will work in trailers onsite at the construction site. This role involves managing stress and pressure due to deadlines and potential issues with employees. The position is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, guaranteeing 40 hours per week.
