You would be responsible for contract administration activities relating to commercial building construction contracts.What You Will Do:Monitor construction progress and quality for compliance with contract documentsAttend construction meetings, taking minutes and notesMake regular site visits to observe and report on construction projectsCoordinate communication between owners, contractors, architects, and consultantsProcess change orders, payment applications, and other project documentsManage project closeout process, including review and distribution of closeout informationEnsure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standardsRespond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and provide technical support to project teamsAbout You:5+ years experience with construction administration for commercial architecture projectsGraduate of a recognized technical college or university in Architecture, building, or architectural technologyUnderstanding of construction methods, materials, and techniquesKnowledge of construction documents, including contracts, drawings, and specificationsAbility to coordinate consultants and internal office staffProficiency in MS Office Suite and project management softwareMust possess excellent computer skills to produce reports, documentsPhysical ability to navigate construction sitesThis position offers an opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects while contributing to the successful execution of our architectural designs.
