Job Title: Construction Administrator
Job Description
+ We are seeking a Construction Administrator with a specialization in the electrical space.
+ The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction documents and will play a key role in coordinating documentation for clients and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and understand construction documents such as contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
+ Coordinate project documentation for clients and subcontractors.
+ Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
+ Assist in the preparation and tracking of project-related documents.
+ Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in project coordination and document control.
+ Experience with submittals, change orders, and RFIs.
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Office Suite.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in the electrical construction field is highly desirable.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Ability to work effectively with clients and subcontractors.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
