Position Purpose:
Assist the construction team with administrative tasks in the office as the increase in inspections and responsibilities keep our Construction PMs in the field more often.
Key Responsibilities:
- Require a builder weekly update.
- Update Kahua lot manager weekly to align with builder update. Identify potential delays and communicate to the operations team.
- Assist in tracking permit updates.
- Ensure the construction flow is being followed.
- To comply with builders' risk, update start dates quarterly.
- Review builder pay apps for accuracy based off builder update as specified in the contracts.
- Assist Construction PMs and Operations team on SmartRent equipment ordering and reporting.
- Send out official acceptance emails and coordination on closings.
- Update HERS data collection and tracking.
- Schedule and track the 10-month warranty inspections.
- Document Control: Organize and save to Quinn folders all inspections, COs, executed documents, specs, etc.
- Assist with Construction and Development updates and reporting to the rest of the company.
