This position will assist in the planning and execution of the Mill Creek Construction operations nationally. Duties will include schedule, budget and data analysis, standards and policy writing/maintenance, program management and daily support of the CCO. Essential Functions/ResponsibilitiesSchedule, Budget and Data Analysis.
- Gather information/data and provide analysis with regards to trends or issues.
- Support National Practice Leader for Retail with analysis of retail programming.
- Standards and Policy writing/maintenance
Manage and update National Construction Standards.
- Ensure National Construction Standards are coordinated with other national standards.
- Develop, write and maintain National Retail Standards
- Develop, write and maintain other policies and standards as necessary.
Program management
- Maintain national buying program
- Work with regional Pre-con Directors on various tasks and programs
Assist CCO in management of construction operationsAll other duties as assignedEducation and/or Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Finance Economics or Real Estate.
- Multifamily Real Estate Experience a plus.
