With that kind of reputation, it's no wonder we have been named one of the most successful Pest Control companies in the United States!Job DescriptionThe Construction and Property Coordinator will complete general facility maintenance projects such as conduct facilities and roofing inspections; assist and coordinate maintenance repair projects; maintain related maintenance records and warranties; and assist in the organization and maintenance of all digital and paper files.Specific Duties Include:
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections of District Offices, Rental property and Corporate property. Write inspection reports upon completion
- Assist the Project Manager in regular inspections and minor repairs of buildings and roofing. Write inspection reports upon completion.
- Maintain related cost, warranty and property records.
- Assist management in evaluating construction and equipment estimates.
- Coordinate installation or install pictures, marker boards, tack boards, forms holders, and other accessories.
- Approve and code invoices to be paid
- Perform actual minor repairs and maintenance when practical.
- Assist in actual moving of items such as filing cabinets and furniture, as needed
- Recommend policies and procedures as needed.
- Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by management
Saturdays and evening work may be required at timesFrequent travel required, including overnightQualifications
- Previous construction experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent Communication Skills
- A Great Attitude and Work Ethic
- An acceptable Drug Test, Criminal Background check and Driving Record
- Ability to adhere to Cook's Grooming policy:
- Tattoos must be covered at all times.
- Facial hair should not exceed 1/2 inch (12.7 millimeters) in length
- Male employees (uniformed and non-uniformed) are not permitted to wear any type of earring or any other piercing device that is publicly visible. Women may wear no more than 2 pairs of earrings.
- Hairstyle should not interfere with the proper fit of a baseball hat (as part of the company uniform) or safety head coverings required when working in contained spaces with low head clearance (attics, crawl spaces, etc.). Regardless of sex, all hairstyles must be neat, clean and a natural color.
