Tasks listed below are not an exhaustive list of all the tasks that may be required for this position. Review general contracts for all pertinent information and coordination with accounts payable. Code and enter project invoices into accounting software platform. Manage monthly draw process for assigned projects, including communication with subcontractors about applicable deadlines, processing of pay applications, disbursement and maintenance of files. Manage contracts associated with assigned projects, including subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders. Review subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders and reconcile same during monthly draw process and close out. Manage and process project close out documents including final lien waivers, warranties and other close out forms. Maintain subcontractor insurance logs.
