Our client's Atlanta office is seeking a Construction Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join its high-stakes construction litigation and transactional practice. The role involves handling complex construction cases in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations, and working on transactional matters such as negotiating design, construction, and development contracts. While experience in both litigation and transactional work is preferred, candidates with a strong background in one area will be considered. Applicants should have graduated in the top 10% of their class from a nationally recognized law school and possess strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. They should also have experience drafting pleadings and papers on complex legal and factual issues, demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking, and be able to work both independently and collaboratively. The firm is looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, who are client-oriented and interested in building long-term client relationships. Candidates must be admitted to the Georgia Bar or eligible for admission soon.
