JOB SUMMARY

The Branch Manager serves as our Local Leader and a peer to the Senior Leadership Team, acting as a business owner responsible for branch sales, execution, and financial performance. Success hinges on strong leadership, team development, and collaboration with other branches regionally and nationally. A steadfast commitment to safety and quality is essential for achieving branch excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, including OSHA, ASME, and DOT standards
  • Motivate the Branch Team to aim for success metrics in Financials Returns, Safety, Customer Satisfaction & other Key Markers. We want to be the Best!
  • Lead the Branch like a business owner. Build your Team to be excellent in Sales, Operations, Project Management, Dispatch, Maintenance, and Facilities!

Required Qualifications:

Leadership developing a Team and building a strong aligned Culture.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in crane, rigging, or heavy equipment operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Mechanically inclined and with a proven track record of success in rigging, lifting, fabrication, maintenance, or transportation execution.

Financial skills in leading your team to build a successful business plan and achieve success metrics.

Project and/or Sales Management experience in construction and/or industrial industries is preferred.

Computer Software and Management Reporting expertise in communicating metrics, processes, and enhancements.

Education:

HS diploma or equivalent.

Administrative Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Office

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Must possess a valid driver's license

Must be organized, able to multi-task and team-oriented

Have attention to detail and be self-motivated

Able to plan, organize and execute daily requirements

Must pass a drug test and background check
