Johnson Service Group (JSG) are currently looking for Construction Claims Analysts who are experienced in construction schedules and project management. This is a direct hire opportunity with an integrated Construction, Design and Technology solutions firm located in Albany, Poughkeepsie, Syracuse, and Buffalo NY.The compensation ($105K-$115K) reflects the specialized nature of this work. This opportunity could be a great fit for someone with project management experience, a background in construction, and strong analytical skills for claims assessment.Key ResponsibilitiesComplex Schedule Analysis: Using Primavera P6 to interpret and perform schedule analysis, critical for managing delay claims.Claim Review and Validation: Reviewing contractor claims against contract terms, tracking claims, auditing costs, and facilitating negotiations.Forensic Delay Analysis: Using project history and documentation to understand and address delays.Reporting: Providing regular updates on high-priority projects to executives.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation/Experience: Bachelor's in construction management or similar, or experience in a related role (2 years with an associate's or 4 years without).Construction Schedule Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction schedules and delay analysis, including skills with scheduling software like P6.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation/Experience: Bachelor's in construction management or similar, or experience in a related role (2 years with an associate's or 4 years without).Construction Schedule Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction schedules and delay analysis, including skills with scheduling software like P6.Johnson Service Group, Inc.
