Job DescriptionArchitectural Review CoordinatorJob Description: Implements and Maintains architectural review process for Home OwnersAssociations. This position is located in Elgin, SC.Responsibilities and Duties:Accepts and processes ARC/ARB applications for HOA association and communicatesfindings•Provides information by answering homeowner questions relating to ARC/ARB andescalates questions that require attention from management•Inspects property for compliance•Maintains and updates photos and files in Software as well as hard copies•Coordinates with Manager and the Board/Committee on scheduling of meetings•Creates agendas, attends, and takes minutes for all ARC/ARB meetings•Represents the company and communities by maintaining a professional and positiveappearance and demeanor while working•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and communicatingand coordinating with staff membersRequirementsSkills and Qualifications:•Must be able to work independently•Excellent organizational skills/detail oriented•Must have a reliable form of transportation•Must have a valid NC/SC driver's license•Must pass a background check and drug test•Construction Administration experience is required•Experience in ARB/ARC a plus but not requiredPhysical Requirements:Must be able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push,pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, climb, have clear vision and lift up to 25 pounds.Company DescriptionWith more than 300 branch offices across North America, Associa is building the future of community for more than 7.5 million residents worldwide.
