Role: Construction Coordinator Location: Princeton, Indiana Duration: Long Term contractDetailed Description of Responsibilities: - Implement building construction projects to support site.
- Coordinates construction scheduling and communication.
- Manage daily construction and RFI support for construction projects.
- Act as liaison between in-field construction and project management.
- May be responsible for estimates, schedules, materials and purchase orders.
- Supervises construction activity in the field.
- Coordinate weekend/shutdown work plans with contractors, facilities, NAMC shops, PC, and PE.
- Work with vendors and contractors to coordinate equipment delivery, installation, and scheduling.
- Have knowledge of general building construction methods.
- Monitor equipment installation methods for confirmation that installation meets specifications and drawings.
- Coordinator RFI's and CCR's
Requirements: Required Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in industrial construction projects
- Strong technical knowledge of construction means and methods
- Proficient drawing review and field application abilities
- OSHA 30 certification
- Ability to properly manage a construction schedule on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Ability to stand, stoop, and walk throughout a large industrial manufacturing plant for many hours of the day.
- Ability to ascend & descend stairs to roof or equipment rooms throughout a large industrial manufacturing plant.
- Competent with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
Additional Desired Qualifications: - Associate's degree in construction management
- Software experience: AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project
