Job Description: Experience Desired: 5+ Years.
Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creating and presenting SWOT analysis.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Understands and follows all standards of IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 quality standards.
- Understands and follows all standards of ISO14001 environmental standards.
Responsibilities: - Assist Project Managers with all aspects of construction coordination, including scheduling, procurement assistance, logistics, and subcontractor management.
- Maintain detailed construction documents, including reports, schedules, and logs.
- Project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with managing project budgets and ensuring adherence to cost controls.
