The Construction Coordinator will be responsible, but not limited to, the following:The Construction Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and functional support for program operations. These tasks include but are not limited to interacting with H&M personnel, clients to include direct and indirect customers and subcontractors for the collection of all project deliverables. In addition, the Construction Coordinator will maintain a project database that contains all deliverables tracking information and will also schedule and track jobs. The Construction Coordinator will facilitate the process for work order scheduling, updating customer and internal databases, communicating with customers and agencies, as well as resolving issues identified by operations. Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of assigned projects from start to finish.
- Work with team members to ensure that internal/external customers' expectations are met.
- Provide administrative office support as needed.
- Submit, track and provide status on construction permitting.
- Update Click Schedule and Internal Work Order System.
- Establish and maintain project schedules.
- Assist in scheduling of outages, no parks, customer contacts, and permitting as required.
- Assist in the development process for project tracking.
QualificationsRequirements:
- Proficiency with PC computers and MS Office suite software required.
- Experience with client interfacing desired.
- Experience with learning technical applications required.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task are essential.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills both written and verbal required.
- Able to travel required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of construction industry experience.
