Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- This role is 100% in the office.
- Creating and maintaining processes for permits, inspections, and processes as needed.
- Process invoices for payment.
- Use systems including Excel and proprietary software to manage invoices,
- Enrollment of ResiBuilt's homes with warranty company as needed.
- Assisting the estimating and purchasing department with insurance and vendor documentation needs.
- As needed, assist other groups within ResiBuilt, including accounting, acquisitions, development, and property management.
- Contract creation & distribution to vendors
- Change order submittals
- Permitting documentation & applications for new job starts
- HOA, building department, and city compliance mitigation and approvals
- Ensure proper job schedule updates are documented within our system
- Home Depot material phone sales Warranty mitigation and vendor dispatching
- Additional duties assigned by the manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred) or a combination of experience and education
- Must be proficient in Microsoft suite
- Experience with construction permits
- Experience in purchasing in construction
- Ability to work 100% in the office
- Smartsheet and scheduling software (P6, Procore, etc.) experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong written communication skills. Effective time management and process-oriented
- Must be able to work in a very fast-paced industry and run multiple jobs in different phases of construction at once.
