The person will manage the full recruiting process from start to finish. You must have experience conducting full interviews and craft testing virtually and searching for qualified candidates using various platforms.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Effectively execute full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingCollaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties, competencies, qualifications and skills in a diverse industryBe creative and proactive in sourcing tactics to include but not limited to the use of internal and external job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking groupsActively network to recruit active and passive candidates for current positions and build talent pipelines for future opportunitiesBuild relationships with hiring managers to evaluate talent, discuss competencies, and effectiveness of the interview processExecute tactical recruiting tasks including management of incoming requisitions and approvals, timely updates of requisition status, coordinate pre-employment testing, background checks, drug testing, and new hire paperworkManage applicant tracking systemDevelop and maintain relationships with trade schools, colleges, and outreach programsQualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of EEO, FLSA, and diversity recruitingAbility to work individually and in a team environmentExcellent experience in multi-tasking in a fast environmentWe offer our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package and are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
