Job Opening: Construction Crew Lead
Semmes & Co. Builders, Inc., a General Contractor, seeks a highly motivated construction technician to lead small crews of all experience levels in executing field activities for high-end custom residential builds in San Luis Obispo County. If you are someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, working with their hands, and shaping the next generation of craftspeople, we encourage you to apply! Build some of the Countys most uniquely creative homes, where each structure is a work of art.

Required Skills & Characteristics:
Perform strenuous physical activity for long periods of time.
Possess experience and ownership of hand tools.
Follow instructions and see a task through to completion.
Demonstrate initiative and maintain a positive attitude.
Show up on time and remain engaged with a project to completion.
Communicate in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a clean driving record.
Have an interest in sustainability (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:
Classification: Full-time, Hourly / Non-Exempt
Schedule: M-F / 8 hrs / Start time: 7:30 am / End Time: 4 pm
Compensation: $35-$42/ yr
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
