We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Construction Director to lead our substation projects with a focus on business growth and operational excellence. This role will be pivotal in expanding our presence in the data center, transmission, and renewable energy markets. Key Responsibilities:

* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the substation sector, focusing on data centers, transmission, and renewable energy projects.

* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maximize profitability for substation projects.

* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement among craft professionals.

* Project Oversight: Oversee all phases of substation construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality benchmarks.

* Resource Management: Optimize the allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project demands and timelines.

* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations.

* Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform business strategy and positioning.

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

* Leadership Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading large teams and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

* Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the financial and operational aspects of construction, including budgeting and forecasting.
