Job DescriptionThe Electrical PM will:- Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.- Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial guidelines.- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status. The Successful ApplicantThe Electrical PM should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proven experience in budget management and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
