Description

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for projects across commercial sectors.
• Collaborate with clients, owners, and subcontractors to maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Conduct takeoffs, review project documents, and manage bid proposals.
• Actively participate in pre-construction meetings and project planning.
• Ensure all estimates align with company standards and client expectations.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Estimating, Construction, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in construction estimating with a reputable GC.
• Strong background in commercial construction projects (retail, healthcare, schools, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client and subcontractor interactions.
