You will work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure that all project requirements are met and that cost projections are precise and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid bidding process
- Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans
- Understanding of the influence of market conditions on pricing
- 1 - 5 years' of construction experience preferred
