**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess property damage and restoration needs, crafting precise cost estimates.
- Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders to deliver tailored estimates.
- Develop proposals and communicate project breakdowns to clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships for continued satisfaction and repeat business.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Proven track record in construction estimating.
- Required Xactimate experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Salary Range $85,000-$90,000 per year plus commission and bonuses.
