We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Drywall Estimator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to the success of each project by developing comprehensive estimates and collaborating with our management and field teams. Our culture is driven by innovation, teamwork, and a commitment to quality, and we are seeking someone who shares these values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate estimates for commercial drywall projects.
  • Present detailed estimates to management during review sessions.
  • Incorporate direct costs, indirect costs, support costs, and overheads into each estimate.
  • Maintain and update cost databases to reflect actual project outcomes.
  • Analyze production factors that impact the cost of materials and labor.
  • Prepare precise material and labor estimates for drywall installation.
  • Manage bids from vendors and contractors to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Perform detailed cost analyses using bid data and project insights.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma with relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with drywall estimating experience.
  • 1-2 years of drywall estimating experience, preferably in commercial projects.
  • Strong ability to interpret and analyze financial documents.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with PlanSwift, OnScreen Takeoff, or Quick Bid is a plus.
