Since 1927, we have completed hundreds of new construction and renovation projects, earning trust and confidence in the industry. Our clients include various branches of the United States Armed Forces as well as local government entities and institutional clients. We perform work for our customers in the greater Dayton area and at military installations across the country.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an experienced Construction Estimator. Located in Dayton, Ohio, the Construction Estimator will be responsible for tasks such as quantity take-offs, cost estimating, coordination of scopes with subcontractors and proposal development.

Qualifications

• Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and materials
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience estimating self-perform concrete work is preferred
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical system is preferred
• Experience scheduling with Primavera is preferred
