Description Summary: This position is responsible for supporting and assuring accurate preparation of construction cost estimates, review and development of project budgets, serves as support for project managers and assists in the support of the Design & Construction Dept. This position supports the annual capital budget process and ongoing financial project reporting such as project audits, forecasts, pay applications, change orders, contingencies, review of contracts and project closeouts etc. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in related field. 2. License/Certifications: N/A 3. Experience: 10 years of construction knowledge is required. Minimum of 5 years of previous construction estimating experience is required. 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Ability to read and understand construction documents (drawings and specifications). 5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Development of project construction cost estimates and comprehensive budgets.
